Return Policy for "GamezCard" Application and Website
Introduction
Kuwait Star General Trading and Contracting Company ("Company") ensures the right of the customer to return products purchased through the "GamezCard" application and website ("Application" and "Website") in accordance with the following terms and conditions. This section explains how to submit a return request and the conditions required for a refund.

Return Conditions
Eligibility for Return
• Returnable Products: Includes physical products such as gaming accessories and phones. Electronic game cards and digital products cannot be returned once used or activated.
• Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
• Time Frame: The return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return Process
1. Submitting a Return Request: Submit a return request through the Application or Website, specifying the reason for the return and product details.
2. Reviewing the Request: The Company will review your request and ensure the return conditions are met.
3. Returning the Product: If the return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product to the Company.
4. Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Cases
• Digital Products: Electronic game cards or any digital products cannot be returned once activated or used.
• Damage Due to Misuse: Products showing signs of use or damage resulting from misuse will not be eligible for return.
• Products Without Original Packaging: Products without the original packaging or accessories will not be eligible for return.
